The Situation: Jezebel Magazine, Atlanta’s most cutting-edge fashion and society magazine, needed a dynamic web presence that created an online community for readers and increased subscriptions. Jezebel wanted a website design that is as energetic and stylish as their print identity. The site had to be updated on a weekly basis and Jezebel needed detailed statistical information about their online readers.
The Solution: Our web experts created a website design that matched and expanded the magazine’s chic and modern style. The web experts prepared magazine photographs for the web and cataloged them in a searchable database. Flash animations were built for the introduction and home page, a cookie-based log in screen gathered names and email addresses of visitors, and magazine content was digitized and rebuilt as web pages. The team of web experts handled the regular updates that make Jezweb.com one of the most popular fashion sites in the South today.
