Corporate Website & Loan Processing Application: CFS Financial Services

The Situation: CFS Financial Services needed an application that provided car warranty quotes based on the year, make, model, and mileage of the applicant’s car. Data security was a top priority, since loan officers would be gathering very sensitive information from their customers and integrating it with the each credit union’s database. CFS needed intuitive user interface, as the application was required to seamlessly merge into the day-to-day processes of loan officers from different corporate cultures. Finally, CFSFinancial Services wanted web-based reports of all car warranties being quoted all over the nation, in real time.
The Solution: Our team of web experts mapped out the complex data structure, which amounted to 25 interconnected tables in a large SQL database.
Working closely with CFS, our web experts modeled a highly functional, easy-to-use application that mirrored and improved upon the existing process used by loan officers.
WebXperts’ resulting application required minimal training to use and prevented user error through extensive checking and validation. Our team of web experts also created output forms that maintained legacy paperwork systems. The reporting tools created by our web experts allowed CFS Financial Services to monitor the use of the system with real time updates.
