The Situation: Cox Business wanted an easy way for businesses to refer leads back to Cox in an attempt to increase businesses who use Cox services. In return, the referral agent will receive a referral fee.  The Solution: Our team of web experts created and designed the Cox Business Referral Agent Program. The system that our web experts designed allows referral agents to obtain a user name and password so that they can securely log in and submit information for their leads. There is also backend functionality where company administrators can update information listed on the site such as where to send registration forms, who gets the referral forms, and edit phone and fax numbers.
