The Situation: Cox Communications wanted a secure and sophisticated contact system. They also needed a way to ensure that no lead information was ever lost, so a redundant solution had to be created. They needed to make these leads available to other members of their organization in an easy to understand manner. They also wanted a way to store different kinds of leads (sales, customer service, promotions, etc.) and be able to search by certain lead types.
The Solution: Our team of web experts created a system that had two means of storing and delivering the leads. The redundant system was needed in order to create a permanent backup and ensure that no leads would be lost due to a computer breakdown, corruption of emails, an invalid email address, etc.
All leads are instantly emailed to a specific internal sales representative, as well as stored in a secure online application that is powered by numerous databases.
