The Situation: A long-standing client, Cox, needed a way to display many promotions on their nationwide website. They also wanted the ability to quantify the results of these promotional campaigns rapidly.

The campaigns needed to be available to all of their different markets and each lead needed to be routed accordingly, as well as stored in an individual archive. One obstacle was that each market was located in a different state, with a different group of employees, all needing online access to this information.

The Solution: WebXperts created many online promotions, complete with tracking and lead routing; regardless of the length of the promotion (permanent, quarterly, monthly) where all results are saved. All promotions could be located in a consistent area on each markets’ landing page, so their customers could always stay informed about the newest offers.

These promotional campaigns were tied directly into the existing Contact System Backend, so all website leads could be viewed at a glance. All promotions are counted separately from their sales and customer service leads, but the system also allows for them to be grouped together to in order to give an overall site total, as well as individual market results for all promotions
