The Situation: Rimrock Technologies needed a company that would provide more than just a specific service and then go away; they needed a technology partner that could grow with them as their needs rapidly changed over a long period of time.

Rimrock had a long list of needs and knew that they probably had an even longer list of unknown problems. They wanted a team that could help them flush out the problems and fix them as they were discovered.

Rimrock had already spent a quarter of a million on pre-existing internet based tools and wanted to preserve their investment.

The Solution: The immediate goal of WebXperts was to understand what Rimrock Technologies did and what processes were in place. After understanding how the business worked, WebXperts made recommendations on what could be automated and developed; a phased approach allowing Rimrock Technologies to understand when and what they were being delivered.
