Small Business Website: RD Direct (Telecommunications Provider)

The Situation: RD Direct was a small business client who had the option of choosing a company that provided template packages or a company that could provide a custom designed website. Through WebXperts small business offerings, the cost difference was negligible. It also appealed to RD Direct that WebXperts could grow as their company grew. RD Direct wanted their site to showcase their services to potential clients. They also wanted a quick means for customers to contact them in regards to their services.
RD Direct also needed aggressive online marketing and ongoing webmaster services that they could rely on.
The Solution: Webxperts designed and built the RD Direct site in less than one month. It features rotating testimonials and stock photos, an animated “Partners” section, and a “Quote Tool” that emails internal sales representatives’ mobile devices when new leads arrive.
WebXperts also managed RD Directs’ marketing campaigns, making it so that they were listed #1 for keywords like T1, Phone Systems, and other high visibility search terms. WebXperts also incorporated pioneering Internet marketing methods into the RD Direct site, causing it to be listed higher in search engines without having to pay for every visiting user.
