Real Estate Web Portal: WebSideHomes

The Situation: WebXperts was tasked with creating a web based real estate/virtual tour website. They needed a professional website and a way to showcase their property listings. In less than one month, Websidehomes was created.
They wanted to have the most informative property listing pages that could display all the information a potential home buyer would want to see. They also needed a way to get their services across to realtors who wanted to resell WebsideHomes’ services to their clients.
The Solution: WebXperts created a company website for WebsideHomes that showcased all their services to realtors. A custom “Order Now” page allows potential clients to view the total out-of-pocket cost for the services of their choosing. In addition, a self-populating template was designed for Websidehomes property listing pages.
A tabbed system was created that allowed for WebXperts to provide as much information to the potential home buyer as possible, while organizing it in an intuitive manner. A sophisticated search feature was also implemented, allowing people to search all WebsideHomes’ listing pages based on property location, price and more.
