The Situation: RealEstateMojo, a previous client of WebXperts, wanted a better way to display the properties for sale on their website for their individual realtors.

The Solution: WebXperts created a Property Listing Engine that creates individual websites for each property.  Each property website is automatically created by an internal system, so no knowledge of Internet programming is required. The administrative backend allows for the adding, editing or removal of properties, adding new realtors to the system, and global control of the listing pages for the META tags and descriptions, the company logo, phone number, email address and physical address. Each property listing site contains all relevant information of the property, images of the property (which can be uploaded and resized through the backend), driving directions to the property, and a listing of the schools for the property.

 

  

Users of the site may create accounts to save searches and properties, as well as have homes that match their searches emailed to them on a daily basis.  Users may also choose to have their search results pushed to their MyYahoo homepages. As users create accounts, a representative is notified and given a “Contact Worksheet” that is always available and automatically updated with the users’s saved searches, the total times they have logged in, and their contact information.
